🎭 General Rules
- Each participant may collect up to 3 stamps per club.
- You may stamp your own club’s events (maximum of 3).
- Cards cannot be shared between students.
- Only one card may be redeemed per semester.
🏫 Event Eligibility
To qualify as a Stage to Stage event, the performance must be:
- RIT-affiliated (run by an official RIT student organization)
- Performing Arts-focused (for example, something NOT performing arts-focused is the new RIT President inauguration, where they may be a performance but the event itself focuses on something not related to performing arts)
- Held on campus or within walking distance of campus
- Happening before December 8th, 2025, which is the date of our final town hall where participants can pick up the prizes they’ve earned
🚫 Events That Do Not Qualify
- Regular club meetings (including closed/non-public workshops, open rehearsals, or non-performance community events)
- Events that are part of a larger event (e.g., conventions, open mics) — the larger event should count as one qualifying performance
🎟 Additional Notes
- Multi-day runs are allowed, but performers may only stamp themselves for one performance per production.
- Paid events are eligible, as long as they meet all other requirements.
- If you’re unsure whether your event qualifies — submit it anyway! We’ll review it and let you know.
